Return and Repair

As an organization that values its clients, we strive to give you an affair that makes you feel confident about your purchase. We trust your purchase brings you numerous years of delight.
Online Purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only upon the following conditions:
Item is returned within 15 days upon receiving the purchase.
Item has been unworn,unchanged and in sale-able condition and includes all original documents, packaging, manuals, and warranties.
Item must be returned fully insured at original value and include a reason for the return in the packaging slip along with all original documentations. Items not packaged correctly or uninsured will not be accepted. We are not in charge of misfortune or harm of return shipments in Transit.
Special orders, class rings, engraved, or custom designed items cannot be exchanged or given store credit under any circumstance
Once we receive your returned item, it will be checked by our Quality Assurance Department. Kindly note that items hinting at wear or those that have been adjusted, resized or harmed in any capacity can’t be acknowledged for return. Exceptional requested or uniquely designed items, and resized or engraved items may not be returned.

Returns may be mailed or returned to our retail store.
If you would like to cancel or change an unprocessed order for any reason, please call us at (708) 205-7711 as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, it will be subject to the same “exchange or store credit only” policy.
